REFUNDS

You can return a product and we will pay you the price if you notify us in writing, via our e-mail info@racerc.gr or by phone by calling the Customer Service Department at 2810 260070 your decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the product from you.

By exercising the withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in perfect condition (EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED IT, with closed and intact packaging) in which it was delivered to you, including legal documents (receipt – invoice)

The customer bears the cost of returning the product.

Parcels that are returned to us in bad condition, with opened-damaged packaging or products that do not work due to abuse will not be accepted.
